Worship the Lord your God day and night will all of your heart, with all of
your strength, and with all of your mind.
What Is Worship Dance?
1. A form of worship unto
                                    the Lord.
2. An expression of our gratitude & devotion.
3. An interpretation of the Word.
4. Another step
in visibly displaying the worthiness of God.
Why Worship in Dance?
1. To express the
joy and excitement of being in the kingdom of God
here on earth.
2. To do warfare in the spiritual realm.
3. To
                                    step out for the Lord.
4. To proclaim the freedom he offers & we have been given.
How do you worship
                                    in dance?
There are many forms of worship dance including interpretive dance, spontaneous dance,
                                    Circle dance, and choreographed dance.
"As a dance team we pray for everyone that will be worshipping together with
us. We pray that the Lord might use us somehow to do battle to release the prisoners to give His children freedom to worship
Him! We pray that the Lord would anoint us to do battle in the spiritual realm under His authority."
II Timothy 2:15
We want to give our best which is why we practice - we are preparing a dance of worship for the King!

                                    Dancing seems to have occurred
at certain very great occasions in Israel’s history.
                                    Here are all the
Old Testament occasions of dancing on momentous occasions:
                                    Dancing
was prophesied as a future event at the restoration of Israel from bondage and captivity. The Lord said, “I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will
take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful.... Then maidens will dance and be glad, young men and old as
well. I will turn their mourning into gladness” (Jeremiah 31:4,13).
                                    Let
me mention here a point that I will amplify later, namely, that it is subject to question whether this text speaks of men
dancing. Translators and commentators differ here, but in any case it was said that the maidens of Israel would dance on this
momentous occasion. In verse 13, the NIV word dance is rejoice in the Lamsa translation from the Aramaic.
